My name is Brett. I am a lawyer based in Vernon, British Columbia. I primarily serve clients who live, work and play in the Okanagan.

I am not a general practice lawyer. My practice is focused on the following areas:

• Wills, trusts, and incapacity planning;

• Probate and estate administration;

• Buying and selling companies, including mergers and acquisitions;

• Incorporations; and

• Residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, private deals and mortgage refinances.
